• Seller Jogindersingh Gianchand Jaswal sold 85,66,400 equity shares of Kronox Lab Sciences Limited (the "Company") to Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited ("Purchaser") and Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited. • The sale constitutes 23.088% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company. • The transaction was conducted off-market pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026. • Post-acquisition, the acquirer (Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited and PAC) holds 3.32% of the total equity share capital of the Company. • Prior to the transaction, the seller held 26.40% of the Company's equity share capital.
