OCCL LIMITED : ANTI-DUMPING DUTY ON INSOLUBLE SULPHUR FROM CHINA PR MODIFIED

• Anti-dumping duty on imports of "Insoluble Sulphur" from China PR revised to USD 485 per MT from USD 307 per MT. • Modified duty to be applied retrospectively from July 3, 2026. • DGTR concluded that existing anti-dumping duty has been absorbed by exporters from China PR. • OCCL Limited is the sole producer of Insoluble Sulphur in India, accounting for 100% of domestic production. • Investigation found significant decline in export prices from China PR during absorption period. • Domestic industry unable to increase selling prices commensurately with increased costs.
