MTNL : EXTENDS ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF DIRECTOR (HR & EB) POST

• Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) informs of extension of additional charge of the post of Director (HR & EB). • The charge is extended to Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director (HR), BSNL for three months w.e.f. October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 or until further orders. • This is in continuation to Department of Telecommunications (DoT)'s order dated March 24, 2026 and subject to approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). • Dr. Nippani will not be entitled to any additional remuneration during this period. Impact: Neutral (Administrative extension of additional charge for a director position)
