ANJANI SYNTHETICS LIMITED : CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT

• The company's Board of Directors approved resolutions for the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Goverdhan Sharma and Mr. Kuldeep Ashokbhai Shah as directors. • The appointment of Mr. Bharat Trivedi as a Non-Executive Independent Director has also been regularized. • These approvals were made on the basis of recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee. • Shareholders approved all resolutions at the 42nd Annual General Meeting. • Details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure A.
