• Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal re-appointed as Managing Director for a further period of 3 years, effective July 26, 2026, to July 25, 2029. • Mr. Abhey Goyal re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a further period of 3 years, effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. • Both re-appointments were approved by the Members at the 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. • Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal is the father of Mr. Abhey Goyal.
