• The company has defaulted in repayment of principal and interest amount as per SEBI (LODR), 2015 regulation 30. • Defaults are related to loans from banks and financial institutions, including ECBs. • Key lenders include Prudence ARC and Axis Bank. • Current default amount for Prudence ARC is ₹16.44 Cr (principal) and Axis Bank is ₹7.65 Cr (principal). • Outstanding borrowings from banks/financial institutions total ₹32.33 Cr. • The company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since 16.12.2022. • There are also invoked Corporate Guarantees against the company by Axis Bank Ltd (₹7.3 Cr) and Prudence ARC (₹16.69 Cr).
