TEXMO : RECEIPT OF IN-PRINCIPLE APPROVAL FOR PREFERENTIAL ISSUE

• Company received in-principle approval for preferential issue of 15,30,000 equity shares from NSE and BSE on September 29, 2026. • Approval is under Regulation 28(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • The approval enables the company to proceed with the preferential issue and allotment of equity shares, subject to fulfilment of conditions specified in the approval letters. • The proceeds from the preferential issue shall be utilized for purposes approved by shareholders.
