LAKHOTIA POLYESTERS : DELAYED ACQUISITION OF NEW NEXUS FZ LLC
• Acquisition of 100% stake in Dubai-based New Nexus FZ LLC was initially slated for completion by September 30, 2026. • Intimations regarding the proposed acquisition were previously made on December 12, 2025, April 01, 2026, and June 29, 2026. • The completion of the acquisition is now expected on or before December 31, 2026. • The delay is attributed to the time taken to receive regulatory approvals.
