• Promoter Anand Sureshbhai Desai released pledge on 33,40,000 equity shares of Anupam Rasayan India Limited. • The shares were released on September 21, 2026, pursuant to the due payment and discharge of debt arising from the issuance of 16,000 senior, secured, rated, unlisted and redeemable non-convertible debentures. • The encumbrance was created for INR 160 Crores by the Company, and the pledge has been released after partial redemption of NCDs. • Post-event holding of encumbered shares for Anand Sureshbhai Desai is 38,35,780 shares, representing 3.37% of total share capital.
