• Re-appointment of Sri Paritosh Agarwal as a Director liable to retire by rotation. • Appointment of Sri Venkata Phani Kiran Kumar Immaneni as Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years commencing from 27 July, 2026 to 26 July, 2031. • Both resolutions were approved by the Members with the requisite majority at the 63rd Annual General Meeting held on 30 September, 2026.
