• Re-appointment of Mr. Tulsiram Sahu as Director. • Appointment of M/s KCMG & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years. • Re-appointment of Mr. Aditya Sharma as Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing from August 13, 2026 to August 12, 2031. • Re-appointment of Mr. Hifzul Rahim as Managing Director for three years, commencing from October 01, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2029.
