BORANA WEAVES LTD : FURTHER DELAY IN COMMISSIONING OF 9.9 MW HYBRID POWER PROJECT

• Commissioning of one WTG location with 7.65 MW solar component, earlier expected by Sept 30, 2026, has not commenced and is now expected by end of Oct 2026. • Commissioning schedule for remaining two WTG locations revised; one now expected by end of Nov 2026, the other by end of Dec 2026. • Delay due to high wind speeds, heavy monsoon conditions, logistics-road work, and delays in obtaining required shutdowns of existing 33 kV and 11 kV lines.
