JIO FINANCIAL SERVICES : INVESTMENT IN JOINT VENTURE WORTH OVER RS 320 CR

• Subscribed to and allotted 3,20,05,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Jio Allianz General Insurance Limited, for cash at par, aggregating Rs. 320.05 crore. • JV will utilise the amount to fund its business operations. • The aggregate investment by the Company in JV till date is Rs. 375 crore. • The investment is a related party transaction and is on an arm's length basis. • No governmental or regulatory approval is required for the above transaction.
