• Mr. Jayesh Madhusudan Dave appointed as Non-executive, Non-independent, Nominee Director w.e.f. October 1, 2026. • Ms. Bhawika Ogra appointed as Non-executive, Independent Director for a term of five years w.e.f. October 1, 2026, up to October 1, 2031. • Both appointments are not liable to retire by rotation. • Particulars of Mr. Jayesh Madhusudan Dave and Ms. Bhawika Ogra are provided in Annexure A and B respectively.
