IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD AND IRB INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST: UPDATE ON TRANSFER OF TWO PROJECTS
• IRB Infrastructure Trust, via its Private InvIT, has completed the transfer of 100% equity share capital of Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited and CG Tollway Limited to its Public InvIT, IRB InvIT Fund. • This follows a previous disclosure on September 29, 2026, and concerns the equity share capital of the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for these projects.
