GSPL TRANSMISSION LIMITED : DEmerged BUSINESS LISTED AS GTL ON BSE AND NSE
• GSPL Transmission Limited (GTL) commenced trading on BSE and NSE on September 30th. • GTL is the Resulting Company from the GSPC Group Scheme of Arrangement into which the Gas Transmission Business of erstwhile Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) was demerged. • GTL's network is strategically located within Gujarat, covering 26 districts. • GTL's equity shares debuted on the BSE and NSE on September 30, 2026. • GTL owns and operates about 2900 KMs of Natural Gas Transmission Pipelines in Gujarat. • Company plans to lay additional 711 KMs of pipelines, including the Anjar-Palanpur Pipelines (approx. 284 KMs) for which an EPC contract has been awarded at an estimated cost of approx. ₹1800 Crores.
