• Special resolution passed by members via postal ballot approves appointment of Mr. Hayato Kashiwagi as Managing Director for a 3-year term from September 01, 2026. • Appointment of Mr. Praveen Kumar Asthana as Whole Time Director for a 3-year term from July 15, 2026 also approved. • Mr. Kashiwagi is Regional Business Product Director of DIC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. • Mr. Asthana has over three decades of experience and holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. • Both directors are not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order. • Mr. Kashiwagi's appointment is subject to Central Government approval.
