ORIENT GREEN POWER COMPANY LIMITED : REVISED TIMELINE FOR REPOWERING OF WIND ENERGY GENERATORS

The company has been informed by Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited (Clarion), step-down subsidiary, that the Investment Borrowing and Banking Committee of Board of Directors of Clarion has approved to revise the timeline for completing the repowering of 7.8 MW Wind Energy Generators by November 30, 2026. This is as against the earlier committed date of September 30, 2026. This revision is subject to approval from statutory authorities.
