• The members of the company approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to 2030-31. • The appointment was recommended by the Board of Directors and approved at the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. • The secretarial auditor has over 05 years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and legal matters.
