THERMAX LIMITED : COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF REMAINING 49% EQUITY SHARE CAPITAL IN TSA PROCESS EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED

• Thermax Limited announced the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 49% equity share capital in TSA Process Equipments Private Limited (TSA). • Following this acquisition, TSA has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermax Limited. • The confirmation of completion of share transfer was received by the Company on September 30, 2026, at 6:01 p.m. (IST). • The acquisition was valued at Rs. 42 Crores, subject to fulfillment of certain terms and conditions. • TSA Process Equipments Private Limited is engaged in developing, designing, supplying, installing, and commissioning of complete turn-key solutions for varied water treatment needs. • TSA's turnover for FY 2025-26 was Rs. 166.99 Cr, with a net worth of Rs. 44.99 Cr as of March 31, 2026.
