AARTI DRUGS LTD ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES AMIDST RETIREMENT AND PROMOTION
• Shri Prakash M. Patil has ceased to hold the positions of Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from September 30, 2026, consequent to his decision to take early retirement. • Shri Adhish P. Patil has relinquished the position of Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 30, 2026, consequent to his promotion as Managing Director of the Company, effective October 1, 2026. • The Company will appoint a Chief Financial Officer in due course. Impact: Neutral (Administrative change in top management)
