POWERGRID : APPOINTMENT OF AKHILESH PATHAK AS DIRECTOR (PROJECTS)

• Ministry of Power has conveyed the appointment of Shri Akhilesh Pathak as Director (Projects), Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. • Appointment is w.e.f. assumption of charge till superannuation on 31.05.2028, or until further orders. • Shri Akhilesh Pathak assumed charge on 30th September, 2026. • Board approved the appointment as Additional Director [Director (Projects)]. • Shri Burra Vamsi Rama Mohan relinquished additional charge of Director (Projects). • Shri Pathak is not related to directors or key managerial personnel and is not debarred from holding office.
