SYMBIOTEC: STRATEGIC COMMERCIALIZATION AGREEMENT WITH LEADING GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
• Symbiotec's wholly owned subsidiary Knovea Pharmaceutical entered into a strategic commercialization agreement with a leading global pharmaceutical company for Dual Chamber Vial (DCV) products in the U.S. • The agreement grants the partner exclusive rights to commercialise and distribute two DCV-based injectable products in the United States. • Knovea will lead development, regulatory submissions, manufacturing and supply, while the partner drives commercialization and distribution. • The collaboration is structured to deliver milestone payments through development, regulatory approval and commercial launch, alongside profit-sharing. • The two products address a U.S. market estimated at approximately US$288 million.
