• Mr. Mahesh Muralidhar Pai to take charge as MD & CEO for three years from October 1, 2026. • Mr. P R Seshadri demitted office of Managing Director & CEO on September 30, 2026 upon completion of tenure. • Mr. Pai has over three decades of banking experience, previously served as Chief General Manager at Canara Bank. • He is not related to any Directors of The South Indian Bank Ltd. • Confirmed not debarred from holding director office or disqualified under Companies Act, 2013.
