• Mr. Mahesh Muralidhar Pai (DIN: 09164982) appointed as MD & CEO for three years effective October 1, 2026. • Mr. P R Seshadri (DIN: 07820690) demitted office as MD & CEO on September 30, 2026. • Mr. Pai has over 3 decades of banking experience, including overseas operations and leadership roles. • He was previously Chief General Manager at Canara Bank, spearheading digital banking. • Mr. Pai is not related to any other Directors of The South Indian Bank Ltd. • He is not debarred from holding the office of Director.
