• Ms. Hinal Manthan Shah appointed as Additional Non-Executive Woman Director for a term of 5 years from September 30, 2026 to September 29, 2031. • Appointment is subject to members' approval in the General Meeting by way of Resolution passed by Circulation. • Ms. Shah is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 15 years of experience in secretarial, legal, and regulatory-compliance functions of listed companies. • She has served as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel of listed companies. • Ms. Shah has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any order issued by SEBI or other authorities.
