VARROC ENGINEERING LTD : ITALIAN SUBSIDIARY TO DISCONTINUE MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS

• Varroc Italy S.p.A. will discontinue manufacturing, and laboratory & testing activities in Italy effective January 2027. • The company will reorganize part of its R&D department while retaining sales and some R&D functions. • The decision is subject to statutory consultation with local trade unions in Italy. • Reasons cited include continuous losses due to high labor and operating costs making the cost structure unsustainable. • The company's first level step-down subsidiary Varroc Italy S.p.A. reported turnover of ₹1,252.21 Cr and net worth of ₹1,199.57 Cr for FY26.
