• The Annual General Meeting was held on 30th September, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). • The meeting was conducted in accordance with applicable provisions and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. • Members were informed of remote e-voting and a live Insta-Poll facility during the meeting. • Four resolutions were placed for consideration and approval, including adoption of financial statements and appointment of an Independent Director and Secretarial Auditor. • Voting results will be communicated to BSE Limited within two working days, by October 2, 2026. • The AGM started at 13:00 pm (IST) and ended at 13:22 pm (IST).
