• The company's members approved the continuation of Mr. Sanjay Mahadev Gupte as Non-Executive Director beyond the age of 75 years via a Special Resolution at the 72nd AGM on September 28, 2026. • Mr. Gupte, born December 1, 1952, will attain 75 years on December 1, 2027. • This continuation is in line with Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. • Disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure-A. • Information will also be available on the company website: https://www.wardwizardfoods.com/
