RHI MAGNESITA INDIA LTD. : APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO

• Shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Malhan (DIN: 08516185) as Director and Managing Director & CEO. • Mr. Malhan's tenure will be for five years, commencing July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2031. • He brings over three decades of experience in the steel, manufacturing, industrial materials, and infrastructure sectors. • Mr. Malhan has served as Executive Director-Odisha at Jindal Steel and leads the Sales and Marketing function. • He holds a B.Tech degree and a Post Graduate qualification in Business Management. • He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred by any authority.
