October 1, 2026 • Gaurav Sharma resigned as Chief Technology Officer effective September 30, 2026, close of business hours • Mr. Rajput has over 26 years of experience in strategic IT transformation, digital transformation, cloud computing, advanced analytics, machine learning and Al-driven business transformation, primarily within the banking and financial services sector • Mr. Rajput holds a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA with specializations in Information Management and Finance from MIT • Prior to IIFL Finance, he served as CIO and CTO at PNB Housing Finance
