• Pursuant to the agreement to sell with Canopy Living LLP, the company has transferred possession and recorded the sale of 3.48 acres of freehold land at 154, Velachery Main Road, Velachery, Chennai. • The total consideration for the sale is ₹361.18 crores. • The company has received ₹200 crores to date, with the balance to be received as per the agreement terms.
