WELSPUN CORP : SUBSIDIARY INCORPORATES NEW STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY

• Welspun DI Pipes Limited ("WDI"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Welspun Corp Limited, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Welspun Special Coating Private Limited ("WSCPL"). • WSCPL was incorporated on September 17, 2026, with its Certificate of Incorporation received from the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. • WSCPL will engage in applying and providing various types of coating works, including but not limited to polyolefin, polymers, fusion bonded epoxy, and other protective coatings. • WSCPL has an initial paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000, comprising 10,000 equity shares of ₹10/- each, subscribed by WDI.
