• Yash Highvoltage's subsidiary, YASH HV USA INC., signed a 36-month Representation Agreement with Gateway Power Sales, effective Sept 29, 2026. • The agreement adds three Midwestern US states to Yash Highvoltage's representation network. • Gateway Power Sales will promote and sell Yash Highvoltage's products, including LV High Current Bushings, OIP Condenser Bushings, and RIP/RIS Condenser Bushings. • Impact: Positive (Expansion of US representation network to 22 states through a new agreement with Gateway Power Sales)
