• Mr. Mahendra Ramniklal Shah re-appointed as Managing Director for a further term of five years, effective August 10, 2026 to August 9, 2031. • The re-appointment was approved by members at the 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. • Mr. Shah has over 30 years of experience in the jewellery and ornaments industry, overseeing procurement, sourcing, supplier negotiations, quality control, and inventory optimization. • He is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
