MUTHOOT CAPITAL : RAISES RS 110.55 CR VIA DIRECT ASSIGNMENT

• Muthoot Capital Services has completed two direct assignment transactions on September 30, 2026. • The company raised ₹39.54 crore and ₹100.76 crore, respectively, through the assignment of Two-Wheeler Loan receivables. • These receivables aggregated to ₹43.94 crore and ₹111.96 crore. • This marks the fifth and sixth securitization/direct assignment transactions in FY 2026-27. • The pool of receivables is from the non-priority sector.
