• ICRA has upgraded the long-term credit rating for Sapphire Foods India Limited's debt instruments to [ICRA]A+ from [ICRA]A. • The rating remains on 'Watch with Developing Implications'. • Short-term credit rating for certain instruments has also been upgraded to [ICRA]A1 from [ICRA]A2+. • Total fund-based and non-fund based limits amount to ₹200.00 crore.
