• Anupam Rasayan India Ltd acquired 2.12% stake in Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd by purchasing 22,51,669 shares. • Mates Visa Consultancy Pvt Ltd acquired 47.95% stake by purchasing 5,09,84,595 shares. • Together, the acquirers now hold 50.07% stake and have gained control of the company.
