• SBI Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, acquired 36,74,950 shares of Elevate Campuses Ltd. • The acquisition represents over 5% of the company's paid-up share capital. • The total holding of SBI Mutual Fund in Elevate Campuses Ltd. now stands at 1,21,00,327 shares, or 7.1799% of the paid-up share capital. • The shares were acquired through an Initial Public Offer on September 29, 2026.
