• Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc. (MPPI), a step-down subsidiary of Lupin Limited, has completed the buy-back of 30,559 shares. • Consequently, effective October 01, 2026, MPPI has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Nanomi.
