STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES : UNIT SIGNS LONG-TERM SUPPLY AGREEMENT WORTH ~USD 1.2 BILLION

• A wholly owned subsidiary of Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) has received a Long-Term Supply Agreement (LTSA). • The contract is with a hyperscale partner for the supply of optical connectivity products. • The potential value of the contract over its tenure is estimated at ~USD 1.2 billion (approximately One Billion and Two Hundred Million US dollars). • The agreement covers supply from CY2026 to CY2030, with purchase orders released periodically. • It includes a reciprocal risk-sharing framework for mutual, capped financial liabilities.
