• Bombay High Court order dated September 29, 2026, restores project de-registration and promoter change for Turf View Project in Mahalaxmi. • The order also nullifies a September 2, 2022, order that de-registered the project and a October 29, 2021, order approving a promoter change. • All parties have settled their disputes and claims related to the matter. • The resolution restores the regulatory position as it stood under previous orders.
