ZOTA HEALTH CARE : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY OF CUREXIS VENTURES

• Curexis Ventures Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Zota Health Care, acquired 20,20,000 equity shares. • The acquisition was made through a rights issue subscription at Rs. 20 per share. • The subsidiary will use the funds for repayment of an unsecured loan from the parent company. • This investment will reduce the group's consolidated debt and improve net worth. • Total acquisition cost was Rs. 4,04,00,000.
