• CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the rating for listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs). • The rating for the NCDs of ₹250.00 Cr is CARE AA-; Stable. • The rating is based on recent developments, operational and financial performance for FY26 and Q1FY27. • The NCDs are issued in two tranches with maturity dates in October 2035. • CARE Ratings may undertake surveillance/review of the rating from time to time.
