• Board approved the sale of investment / exit from the joint venture arrangement in Aircom Remsons Automotive Private Limited ("ARAPL") • Upon completion, the JV arrangement with Aircom Group AG / its subsidiary will stand terminated • The transaction is not expected to have any adverse impact on the operations of the company • Details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations are set out in Annexure 'A' • Board meeting commenced at 2.45 P.M. and concluded at 3.15 P.M.
