RELIANCE INDUSTRIES RAISED RS 12000 CR VIA NCD ALLOTMENT

• The company has allotted 13,00,000 Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs. 1,00,000 each. • Total issue size is Rs.12,000 crore with an option to retain over-subscription up to Rs. 1,000 crore. • The aggregate amount received from allottees is Rs. 13,008.6095 crore. • NCDs are rated CRISIL AAA/ Stable and CARE AAA/Stable by CRISIL Ratings and CARE Ratings respectively. • The tenor of the instrument is 10 years with a coupon rate of 7.90% p.a.
