• Dr. Ranjan Pai and Mr. Vivek Mehra have ceased to be Non-Executive Independent Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, the Manager to Embassy Office Parks REIT, effective September 30, 2026, upon completion of their second term. • Their cessation also means they have stepped down as chairpersons or members of Board Committees. • The Board of Directors of the Manager appreciated their guidance and contribution during their tenure. Impact: No significant impact on REIT operations expected.
