• Board approved raising funds through issuance and allotment of equity shares on a rights basis. • Aggregate amount not exceeding ₹450 crore. • Rights Issue Committee constituted comprising Mr. Ravindra Ashokbhai Joshi (Chairman), Mr. Jinang Dineshkumar Shah (Member), Ms. Juhi Sawajani (Member). • Committee authorized to appoint intermediaries and take necessary steps for the Rights Issue.
