AARTI INDUSTRIES RAISED RS 1,000 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ ₹PRICE/SHARE

• Board approved proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares or any other eligible securities or instruments. • The fund-raising can be through qualified institutions placement, private placement, public issue of equity shares and/or debt securities, preferential issue or through any other permissible mode. • Funds can be raised through a composite issue of non-convertible debentures and warrants entitling the warrant holder(s) to apply for equity shares or other eligible securities. • Aggregate amount for raising funds is up to Rs. 1,000 Crores. • The Board meeting commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:00 p.m.
