SANGAM (INDIA) LIMITED FIRE INCIDENT AT SPINNING DIVISION
• A fire incident occurred at the Company's Spinning Division located at Village Sareri, NH-79, Bhilwara, Rajasthan on 30th September, 2026 at around 09:45 P.M. • The fire was promptly controlled and there were no human injuries or casualties reported. • The estimated loss/damage caused due to the fire incident is approximately ₹4 Crores. • The loss/damage is adequately covered under the Company's comprehensive FIRE IAR (Industrial All Risk) Policy with a sum insured of ₹1,528.30 Crores, along with an additional coverage of ₹171 Crores towards Fire Loss of Profit. • The claim process has been initiated with the insurance company. • The fire incident has affected certain plant and machinery, raw materials & building. The incident is expected to have only a minor impact on overall production and operations. Impact: Neutral (Fire incident with no casualties, fully insured with ongoing claim process; minor operational impact expected.)
